Adyn Miles has developed a strong background in both space instrumentation and space systems engineering. He gained experience doing systems level testing and design on nanosatellite platforms. Adyn’s general knowledge of spacecraft systems is complemented by more detailed optical design experience, including leading the development of a hyperspectral imaging payload as well as a novel spectropolarimeter for the study of planetary surfaces.
Adyn graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering, then earned a Master’s Degree in Space Engineering from Delft University of Technology. Adyn seeks to apply this optical and spacecraft design experience to the development of StarSpec’s upcoming balloon-borne and satellite missions.
